Q: I pay $200/mo. + 5 hrs/work trade each month. My landlord wants to raise my rent to $700/mo. What rights do I have?

A: Sorry to hear you are having housing issues at this time. You might check the latest rules for your county regarding eviction s during Corona virus times. The Governor has issued some orders and your county Board has probably passed ordinances regarding LL's ability to evict. Continue paying your rent and keep up your journal and take lots of videos and pictures. Do not get into any arguments with anyone and document any warranty of habitability issues. You might want to tell (in writing) the LL if you are unable to pay more due to COVID related problems, and that you are documenting the situation.
