Q: Sole custody.......?
Is having temporary sole custody the same as permanent sole custody (in regards to making decisions for the kids like school, medical, within 50 miles move, etc - all without needing to let ex know or getting ex's approval) especially since it has been 2 years now with temporary sole custody?
A: The only difference is that someone can still as for a trial with temporary custody. with permanent t sole custody the threshold is higher to reopen the case or appeal.
