Q: I rolled into a car that was illegally parked behind me. Who's at fault?

I was parked in the driveway and the tenant parked behind me illegally she was on the street blocking the driveway my foot rolled off the break and I roll backwards and bumped the car who is at fault if she never would have parked crossways blocking the driveway illegally I never would have bumped her
