Q: Does this belong to me
my ex left an untagged trailer on my property for 4 months. He refused to remove it after we broke up and he has been here since. I have been asking for my property back from him and he has refused and just now started saying he is going to come take the trailer but he hasn't come yet. I want to keep the trailer now.
A: Give him notice in writing to pick it up within 30 days or you’re disposing of it. After that, you can do whatever you want with it.
