Export, PA asked in Traffic Tickets for Pennsylvania

Q: Speeding Ticket in Pennsylvania

I was pulled over for speeding in my neighborhood. The officer said that I was going 45 mph in a 25 mph zone. However, he did cut me a major break and only wrote me up for going 30 mph. I am in Western Pennsylvania & when I got the citation in the mail, the total fine / costs are really excessive. I am partially laid off from my job...should I plead not guilty to try to get fine reduced...and if so, what angle should I use here especially since I was already given a break from the officer. Any thoughts / free advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

A: The fine cannot be reduced as it is based on the speed. It is zero points so just contact the court and ask for a payment plan. Good luck!
