Arlington, TX asked in Criminal Law for Texas

Q: I was arrested for theft of services (which I have a reciept saying paid for the dates) then asks for cash for property

Allowed my husband only to grab his things and each time adds 400 to the price in cash he wants for my stuff and he had me arrested without ever informing me of a bill or giving me the chance to pay but did the other room associated. Also was asked and told I would check out for the 4 days prior if any kind of issue again was told no problem until I complained about the drug dealing prostitute next door who was paying him off to let her stay I found out 12 hours before

A: I am not sure of your exact question, but if you believe you are not guilty of the offense you were arrested for, then enter a plea of not guilty, set your case for trial and force the State to prove any allegation against you beyond a reasonable doubt. Call your attorney. Good luck.
