Easton, PA asked in Traffic Tickets for Pennsylvania

Q: No verbal warning or written/computer generated citation for no headlights?

I was pulled over for only have my autolights active. Office approached the car very cordially and asked for license and registration;my wife and I could not find the registration info. He said not to worry and he would be right back. After several minutes and returning from his car he gave me back my license and just made sure I had my headlights on. I tried to show insurance and he said its all good. Will I receive a summons or citation in the mail? What happened?

A: Sounds like you were cut a break. He has 30 days to file the citation so if you don't hear anything this time next month you should be good to go. If you do get cited, you should speak with an experienced traffic attorney to discuss the ramifications. Good luck!
