Q: Im pregnant and need help with my job

So i work at a warehouse in Illinois and I was denied light duty from my job (I'm 33 weeks pregnant) because of my work restrictions and was told if i went back to work that dealt with a rate and I did as my doctor said, my productivity will be in the negative and I'll be fired. This is just a little bit of what's going on. Help
