Q: Are there different types of tort liabilities other than strict,negligent and intentional liabilities in torts?

A: You hit them all. Those three are what would be covered in a first-year law school torts class. You could go on to identify other types of liability on different levels, such as vicarious liability, joint and several liability, enterprise liability, etc. But those are conceptually different and could even overlap with the three primary types you named.
