An officer put me over and towed my car for no insurance, but the ticket shows she confirmed my insurance. What does that mean?

A: Did you have insurance on the car when you were stopped? If not, and the officer made a clerical error, then the citation was properly issued. If insurance was in force on the date and time in question, take proof of insurance to the court where the ticket is filed and request dismissal. Calling a lawyer may help. Good luck.
