Destin, FL asked in Domestic Violence for Florida

Q: I was arrested for domestic violence on Dec. 13, 2019. I wasn’t served with the injunction notice until mid January.O.K.

Chris my husband of six years and we’ve been together for 30 has a serious drinking problem well he got in my face that December night and I kept moving away from moving away and living right and finally I had enough and I just stormed past him to the kitchen he went to the bathroom apparently and hit him self in the face with something and called the police I was arrested shortly afterwards they didn’t find any marks on my hands. There was no evidence of me hitting anybody I went to jail got out and about three weeks later I was served with an injunction for a year. He had the judge snowballed from the get-go I have become homeless and now vehicleless. The trial has been postponed four or five times now and I’m living on disability check and food stamps. My court appointed attorney seems to think that the judge may dismiss the case. Now my question is if it gets dismissed with the other judge overturned the injunction he put on me or could he.
