Q: Pursuant to RCr 3.14(1) if this is a law why does the circut judge need a motion and why are there not time constraints
A buis judge can use any excuse not to sign a motion that is actually a law and hold someone for day and days past the 60 day rule. So if we have to wait on a judge with no time constraints, why do we even have the rule. Its not a rule if a judge gets to decide when you actually get out he can take a month to sign.
