Dunnville, KY asked in Criminal Law and Federal Crimes for Kentucky

Q: What will I be charged with? Will I be arrested?

I loaned my brother in law money to do yard work & he never showed up to do the work for months. I ran in to him a week ago and he told me to drop by his mothers house on saturday & he would be there to pay me. I stopped by and knocked on the door and he told me to go the f*** away. He then proceeded to yell multiple racial slurs at me through the window. I knocked again and the window broke (his mother is not pressing charges for the crack in the house door window). He then opened the door, ran past me, jumped in his car and proceeded to try to run me over! I picked up the closest thing to me which was a brick and threw it, it busted his back window. He then spun the car around and came at me again so I picked up another brick laying there and threw it at his front window while running away (it cracked). He got an estimate on the windows at$125 His mother said she is not pressing charges on the house and that I am welcome at her house any time. If he presses charges what will they be?

A: You should go take a criminal complaint against him for wanton endangerment fur trying to run you over. You. Can only be charged with criminal mischief at the most but I doubt it would stand up in the face of his wanton charge.
