Q: I got pulled over for speeding, am I able to pay the fine online on a Sunday or does it have to be during the week?
A: Do not pay the fine online as you will be pleading guilty and points may be assigned to your license. If you were guilty of any speed over 6 miles over the limit and you are looking at anywhere from 2 to 5 points. Additionally if it is a high-speed case you could lose your license. Before you pay the fine do your research and talk to an attorney to see what the ramifications are of pleading guilty. Many times either you, or a lawyer could go to court on your behalf to try to get an amendment to a lower speed. Good luck
