Q: hello what can do to sue roland police department ?

I payed a fine back in 05/08/2015 and all my fines from fort smith to oklahoma being very thorough asking questions and making sure I had nothing pending . Not only that I had a hold on my licenses so all fines and fees had to payed before I could even pay a reinstatement fee .

The ticket was issued in 9/28/2010 and at that time as well I was living with now ex wife in hotspring Ar and never visited family in oklahoma . The payments to fines and fees was in about 05/08/2015 so five years they never had anything on me about bogus tags not only that I can not ever recall getting a bogus tag I was a suspended driver maybe had a lead foot but not a bogus tag kind of guy . I have had an issue in the past before this , I had a fine in sallisaw and was picked up on warrant in roland for sallisaw made to pay fine $150 and then released . Just to be picked up in sallisaw on same ticket and explained I already paid in roland out of space short story roland and sallisaw both have issues help

A: 1. Take care of all outstanding tickets, FTA, FTP to clear your record and get license reinstated. 2. Check to see if any issuing states have an amnesty program for these old tickets. 3. Not likely you will find an attorney to sue a police dept. over outstanding traffic tickets, not enough money involved. Unless you want to pay on an hourly basis and spend $50,000,00+ on the suit. Not being snarky, that is just the reality of litigation, somebody has to pay for it.
