Q: My son got a citation for reckless driving supposedly racing and he also got a citation for not having the car
registration in the vehicle, he just paid the fines for both and pleaded guilty, what are the consequences for this?
A: Plead not guilty because there is a 6 month suspension if he gets convicted of reckless driving. Get an experienced lawyer to go to court with him for the best chance it working out. I always recommend to my client to take a defensive driving class to make it look better. Good luck!
