I filed the divorce and she filed a counterclaim for divorce!
We want to dismiss everything! Do we both just filed motions to dismiss it all? What is the wording?
Are their Motion templates someplace I could use to dismiss mine and hers? Or a motion already answerred by a judge I could just copy and use for ours!
