She cheated on me I confronted her and she got mad and got my face and we started fighting but while physically fighting her phone was in her pocket and got broke she wants to take me to court and I’m wondering what’s the worst could happen
A: Well you are a juvenile, so they can put you on supervised probation and probably make you pay for the phone. Or, if you’re lucky they may just put you on a consent decree and not adjudicate you delinquent. Good luck!
