Q: So my ex ( gf at the time we are both girls ) got into a fight she’s 19 I’m 17 she wants to take me to court

She cheated on me I confronted her and she got mad and got my face and we started fighting but while physically fighting her phone was in her pocket and got broke she wants to take me to court and I’m wondering what’s the worst could happen
