Q: can my ex come to my home and take the kids without permission there’s no custody order
my ex would come visit the kids at the house but most of the time it was more him messing with me so this day when he got there i went outside and was walking down up and down the road to stay away from him well without me know or approving he takes them and leaves and won’t give em back or let me c them can i have him arrested or something what can i do
A: No you can't have him arrested for taking his kids when neither of you have legal custody. Hire custody lawyer.
