I have a hearing for a less than 1 possession charge and dont want to have to go in again without an attorney
A: Appear in court as required and request a reset of the case in order for you to retain an attorney. Assuming you have not many several such requests, you will get a reset date. Start calling attorneys immediately after you get out of court tomorrow. Good luck. If no one shows up tomorrow, however, a warrant could issue for your arrest so make sure you appear.
