Q: Udhaiyam trademark is suspended . Can we freshly apply for a new name like Pudiya udhaiyam or indiya udhaiyam
Pudiya means new in foreign language and indiya means India
You should consult a trademark attorney to see if the mark is in fact "suspended," and if so, for what reason(s) is the mark suspended. There can be a number of reasons why this could be the case, some would enable you to refile for the same mark, and others not so much.
More often than not, you'd have to wait until the proceeding affecting the application for the mark to be concluded before it makes sense to file for a new one. If you provide additional information to a trademark attorney, (s)he should be able to assess the best next steps for you.
