A: Your 15 year old is your responsibility until he is an adult. You may want to explore options of having him declared delinquent through the juvenile court if you are unable to control him.

A: No. You have to find resources to help, but you can't put your child in the street.

A: No, at 15 you can’t kick him out of the home. You are responsible for his well being until he is 18. You should look into what options there are that may help him make improvements, such as obtaining a counselor for him. Helping him to turn things around now will benefit him for years to come. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558
