Q: Is it legal for a son to film make adult DVDs of his mother while in her home.?

Also if she throws away old naked pictures of herself and vhs tapes in the trash can anyone claim them?

A: To answer your 2 questions directly, it depends on the ages of the people, and trash is considered abandoned. The bigger question here is why is mom allowing herself to have adult movies taken of her by her son, or is he doing this without her knowledge? Something else is going on here that needs medical/psychological attention not legal attention. Why isn't mom shredding the photos to discard. Have you ever heard of identity theft? Thieves get your personal information from you trash containing mail. This is why it should be shredded. There appear to be serious family problems here that would require counseling.
