Q: I am the Grandmother of four grandbabies, my daughter and her husband are both incarcerated for continuial sexual abuse

I am in the state of texas Houston, the children are now in foster care I want to have vistation with them, how do go about this. My daughters charges have been dropped from super aggraveted sexual assualt to child endangerment and indesinxey with a child, she is out on bail, but her husbands charges stand. I dont know if I have rights or if I can see them, I miss them dearly, Im disabled so this is very hard for me , the children are in Austin and im in houston, I have too many health issues to adopt them , their ages range from seven, five, three and two. This whole thing makes me so sick , my daughter and her husband became addictted to meth and sex and just forgot about their kids and he is a peodiphile, they have been in foster care almost a year now , and i have not seen them , I thought my daughter was going to get them back but she doesnt care about anything but drugs. Im just so sick
