Q: Is it illegal for my neighbor to rapidly fire c02 bbgun(rifle) point blank at my cat walking threw his yard WHILE"LOL"

Ca discharge in city limits with intent to harm or destroy poperty? Always shows off to his visiting family that he shoots the cats and the all think it's so funny as he runs at them into the street while still carelessly rapidly discharging bbgun(man is 50+ yrs old)

***RECENTLY**found my cat stuck in trap cage with cat food inside as bait HIDDEN on property after following cries from my cat and he claims it's for possum though I've never seen a possum in our neighbor in past 15 years,(has never comented or brought it to my attention that his disapproves of my cat on his property) have had many loved cats over the years come up missing but no proof of relevance.discovered cage is very very rusted and he possesses a big pool on his very small property so can only pray that he isn't doing what I sickenly think he's doing,I've never heard any cry or screams from any animals coming from his property (until recently event of cage) even tho he openly seems to enjoy inflicting pain upon them
