Q: Can I homeschool my kid if we have joint custody an the papers doesn’t state who has the decision making?
He works off an so do we. He is never home. His mom is always the one picking her up an dropping her off. He wants her 10 days out of the month. His mom brings her to him for 2 days then the remaining is spent with the home. He wouldn’t be able to take her to school anyways with him being off on the road. I wanted to know if I could homeschool if it’s his choice. He isn’t agreeing to anything.
A:
It depends on your last custody judgment.
But virtual learning is very common in the age of Covid. .
