A: You are asking attorneys to tell you how to break the law. This will not happen.

A: I am not a criminal defense attorney, but I picked up your question because it appeared under Personal Injury. It appears that you are in a very difficult and painful situation. Maybe you should consider arranging a confidential consultation with an experienced criminal defense attorney. As with any situation, there are ways of handling them with good, sound advice and ways of handling them out of being squeezed into a last minute decision stemming from desperation and fear, where it looks like the latter course of action could possibly jeopardize the life of an expectant mother and baby. While a criminal defense attorney is not a magician who makes bad situations go away, they might be able to advise how to handle a difficult situation in the smartest possible manner. Good luck
