A: An Oregon attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for a week. I'm sorry for the anguish your situation must be causing you, which is evident from your post.

Writing a public letter will not do very much for you. Reach out to one of the experienced Oregon landlord-tenant attorneys here near the Depoe Bay region (see the Find-a-Lawyer tab, at the upper left hand corner of this page). Or look for an attorney on your own. Nationwide, emergency measures have been implemented to protect tenants in recent months, in addition to existing protocols that have always been in place prior to any pandemic. Only an Oregon attorney is qualified to advise you whether any of these would help you - but investing five minutes in a phone call would probably serve you better than a public post which could only fall upon deaf ears. I hope you are able to keep a roof over your head. Good luck
