A: A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for two weeks. As a general matter nationwide, such filings could encounter difficulties if the court has issues with the accompanying affidavit or supporting documents to demonstrate financial hardship/indigence. Another possibility is that some state court systems do not waive responsibility, but rather, suspend payment until taxed by the court. These are general guesses for court systems nationwide. The court clerk here or a Tennessee attorney familiar with your particular court's practices could advise more accurately. Good luck
