A: Do you mean appearing in court and pleading "not guilty" in the traffic citation? Reading your question, one gets the impression that could be what you mean. If that's the case, reach out to an Alabama traffic ticket attorney (there is a section for that here on this site). It looks like a traffic ticket attorney might be what you need... not an appellate law attorney. Good luck
