Q: Can B felon get HIP
A: A person charged with a Class B felony can receive Home Incarceration as their bond while awaiting trial. That happens fairly often. As far as getting home incarceration to a Class B felony plea of guilty that is very rare. If the person actually pleads to a Class B felony most of them are not eligible for probation or release but it depends on the charge. I would contact an experience attorney with any other questions.
