A: Many companies use and register multiple trademarks associated with their brand name(s) and individual product lines. Consult with a trademark attorney to guide you through the process and determine which marks will be used to represent the company's goods/services.

A: Your LLC does not have to be the brand of your product.

It can be, but it is not mandatory.

It depends on your branding strategy and how strong brandwise the company name is.

Consult with an attorney.

A: Trademarks are like a fortress around your business. You will likely add more and more to your portfolio over time that make your brand stronger. I would suggest consulting with a trademark attorney directly to determine which marks you should register and in what order.
