Q: We have 4 dogs roaming our property constantly can I legally set a live animal trap and take one to the pound?
These are possible nearby neighbors dogs and I’ve contacted animal control numerous times they won’t do anything. One dog acts aggressive towards us on our property when we come in contact with it. Could I get in any legal trouble if I were to set a live trap and catch one and take it to the pound?
