Q: Due to high snow banks I could not see approaching vehicle and was hit how should I plea to failure to yield?
I was going south on Fremont St., colliding vehicle was going west on Washington St. I had stop sign. No injuries. Other driver stated he could not see me as well due to high snow banks.
