Logan, WV asked in Traffic Tickets for Kentucky

Q: What is the most likely outcome of my case?

I was ticketed in Pike County Kentucky recently and received 5 charges. The 5 charges are: 1. Speeding 22 MPH over the speed limit, 2. Failure to have license in possession, 3. Failure to wear seatbelt, 4. Failure to produce insurance card, 5. Failure of owner to maintain required ins/sec, 1st off. I have valid insurance and a valid drivers license and I was hoping for the possibility of those charges being dismissed and possibly a reduction in the speed charge. Does that sound like something that could happen?

A: Yes. Just take all your proof with you snd those charges should be dismissed. Maybe they will divert or give you traffic school on your speeding g charge.
