Asked in Probate for Georgia

Q: Y husband passed with no will. We have been together for 42 years. He had a daughter she is contesting me be name admisr

In probate she has since died and need to know what to do now. There is also a son not by the same mother but they were close. No one can tell me what to do now. He had a checking account separate from our joint account and bank froze it. There was no one else on the account. Me being 66 and living on ss sure could use those funds to pay his debts and funeral expenses. What should I do? His brother and family want me to leave our home and they want the land but the deed is in both our names and paid for no mortgage please help this has gone on for 18 months now. The taxes are due and I can not tag the vehicles they are in his name except for 2 of them. My grandson was suppose to get his truck when he turns 16 on the 26th of March. He and I did write some of his wishes down when he was in his last days and he signed it but since there were no witnesses at the hospital I do not think that will help. Please I need to know what’s gonna happen. Thank you.
