I lost everything, would like to know is something I can do about it?
A: I seriously doubt that you have a viable case. Having a gastric bypass and becoming an alcoholic is not reasonably foreseeable. In addition, your surgery occurred in 2007, so the statute of limitations has expired. There is no causal relationship between your alcoholic and gastric bypass.
