Q: Can the copyright owner/producer fire the director/writer/producer and post-produce and release his version of the film?

A and B signed an agreement with regard to A and B collaboration on that certain short Film based on the screenplay written by B. A paid B a flat fee for writing services. A and B produced the Film.

All rights and copyright (and any renewals, extensions and continuations thereof), throughout the universe in the Film shall be owned 100% by A under his name, corporation, LLC or any other business entity or pseudonym as A may select ("Owner"). In consideration of owner owning 100% of the Film, Owner shall assume 100% liability during the production of the Film, tentatively scheduled for 5 and 6 December 2020. A may not assign or grant the copyright or any other right in the Work or individually use, revise, adapt, reproduce, develop, distribute, license and/or exploit the Work in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of B.

The Film has been shot. A and B disagree with the editing of Film.

Can A edit, and finish the Film or needs written approval of B to do so?
