Q: Is it better to plead guilty to a minor traffic ticket and avoid points or plead no contest and take the points?
In Cleveland they recently made it known (through a flyer attached to my ticket) that I can plead guilty and not get any points as opposed to pleading no contest and getting points on my license. It was for not making a complete stop at a stop sign.

If you receive enough points, your license may be suspended and your insurance rates may go up, or you may be dropped by your carrier.
