Q: Divorce Attorney filed motion to drop me as a client. What should be included in my response?

A: An Attorney and the client both have a right to end the Attorney-Client relationship at any time. You do not have to respond to the motion. You have the right to appear on the motion but unless there is something odd about your case or you have trial in a few days the Judge is likely to grant the motion and allow the Attorney to withdraw.
