Q: Father in law died after married for 22 years and mothers is not on any titles and his children and grand children
Just came and took the truck they bought a couple years ago and had no proof she hasnt got to hear the will read or got a copy of it but they said there lawyer told them to come take the truck is this legal ? And since she didnt fight them when they showed up does this meen she forfited the truck in some way

Nothing has been forfeited other than possession of the truck, but it's unlikely she'll get it back - more likely the relatives who bullied her to get it will lie if necessary to sell it.
Without the will (or heirship information) it's impossible to tell who the truck belongs to. Talk to a probate lawyer in your area.
