A: A California attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for four weeks. Until you can arrange meaningful guidance from a local attorney, as a general matter, these types of property damage adjustments can be difficult. Most of the industry is cookie-cutter, based on standard makes, models, mileages, and trim levels. Custom vehicles can present challenges. A California attorney might be able to advise more meaningfully after reviewing the claim, any professional appraisals of the motorcycle if available, and other details. Good luck
