I have a no overdraft on my account they should have never overdraft they said it was an online banking check with my name on it I do not have on my banking they said I signed up for it I said I've never used it look at my history they have put me from person to person instead of getting my money back what can I do
A: You will likely have to file a fraud report with the bank and maybe the police. Short of that, unfortunately, there's not much that can be done unless or until they find who did this.
