Q: can you sue a company for malpractice, when it's linked to synthetic idenity theft, mail fraud linked to synthetic

victum of crimes, idenity theft, synthteic idenity theft, full reports of synthetic idenity theft, mix match combinations of several diff ccredit reports to make up fake identies, extreme misuse and abuse of my ssn, linked to another ssn, causing all this hvac, in 2018 i was a mother in need, this effected my employment, unemployment, my insurances, where i was being denied, making under 2400.00 in income, when at first i did not understand i knew i was dealing with idenity theft, but come to terms it;s more synthetic idenity theft, i have been harrased, bullied, put me into finaacial harm and distreess, i think it's all a game and ive had it! Not onliy that i was dealing with cyber crimes, as well as my information was exposed on a data breach, this is how it happeds to me if i do one thing off my credit report it's pinging me all the way on the other side of the us.

one company was sued by the FTC for illegal debt parking, which was Midwest Recovery
