Q: I was cited for no insurance and expired tags on a truck I bought. But couldnt pay fine. Will I be arrested at court?
I went to court about a year ago for the no insurance and expired tags. And was given 12 months that i was required to maintain insurance, which i have. But I never got ahold of the insurance monitoring place and paid the 300 i was supposed to pay them and havent paid court cost. I have been unemployed and fighting Kentucky for my unemployment. I have court Friday. Will i be arrested since I wasnt able to pay?
A: Probably not as long as you appear Friday snd make arrangements to make some payments, everything should be fine.
