A: If the ticket is marked mandatory court appearance you need to appear in court. Many towns make this ticket a mandatory court appearance which is not generally by zoom court. Call the court to confirm if yours is mandatory court appearance or look it up online.
A: The municipal courts are now operating on zoom. You should plead not guilty and the Court will schedule you to have an opportunity to speak to the prosecutor. You do not have to appear in person in court as all court proceedings are remote.
