A: An Arkansas attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for a week, and if you're dealing with appeals as a general matter, time is usually very much of the essence in taking steps to preserve your rights. From the description, it isn't fully clear what type of matter this involved, and the basis on which the evidence you mention might have been withheld, inadmissible, not presented, etc. Whatever type of matter this involved, you could consider reaching out to an attorney if you did not already have one representing you in the original action/appeal. There's a tab above: Find-a-Lawywer - you could use that to search for Arkansas attorneys, or you could search independently on your own. Good luck
