Q: is barillo pad and a butane lighter probable cause to search

officers were told they could not search without warrant so they claimed they seen a barillo pad and a butane lighter is that probable cause, which was not barillo pad it was stuffing out of my pillow?

A: I would need more details like why are the police at your home, could they see your pillow through a window, did you allow them in your house, were you on probation where they would have a right to search your house etc. Typically police need a warrant to enter your home but there are many exceptions.
