Q: Can my brother come back to the states from Korea after leaving without finishing his cases in 2015?
My younger brother as an international student was charged with misdemeanor and felony in 2015 in Philadelphia but left for Korea due to his medical conditions without finishing his hearings. Per my search, his cases had active warrany but now they are inactive. I'd like to hire a lawyer who can help him come back to the states without any problems.
