Q: What can I expect following a federal indictment involving myself as an associate of the accused and my home was raided?
Raid by the ATF and state police in which I was only detained and questioned then released. They confiscated items and did not leave much explanation as to what lead to a search warrant. I was not charged and still have not been, however, less than a week following that raid, another set of raids and arrests was made resulting from an unsealed indictment. I have since reviewed the primary defendants case files to discover the connection authorities had between myself and the defendants. All things considered, I fear that I may be a subject in what would be a currently sealed grand jury investigation, or any other prosecution processes in place. I'm needing to know what I could and should expect as resulting sum of these facts.
You are likely in great jeopardy and the sooner you act, the better off you'll be. You need to consult with an experienced and top-notch criminal defense attorney in order to discuss your personal circumstances and figure out what your best options are at this point. You should act quickly because you need to strategize and put yourself in the best possible position for the charges that are likely coming. I do not suggest that you discuss this matter any further on a public forum such as this.
